Responsabilidades
  • Gerenciar todas as fases do projeto, desde a concepção até a entrega final;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar cronogramas, orçamentos e escopos de projetos;
  • Coordenar e integrar equipes internas e externas (arquitetos, engenheiros, construtores e fornecedores);
  • Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulamentos e requisitos legais aplicáveis;
  • Identificar riscos e desenvolver estratégias para mitigá-los;
  • Comunicar-se de forma eficiente com clientes e stakeholders, garantindo alinhamento das expectativas;
  • Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e documentação do projeto;
  • Elaborar medições dos serviços executados.
Requisitos
  • Graduação em Engenharia Civil;
  • Mais de 10 anos de experiência com desenvolvimento e gerenciamento de projetos de engenharia para edifícios residenciais, comerciais, reservatórios, shopping centers, aeroportos e correlatos;
  • Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos de edificações;
  • Certificação em Gerenciamento de Projetos (PMP, Prince2 ou equivalente) será um diferencial;
  • Familiaridade com softwares de modelagem e desenho técnico (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp);
  • Familiaridade com o BIM;
  • Capacidade de liderar equipes e gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente;
  • Habilidades de comunicação, organização e resolução de problemas.
Conhecimento de ferramentas desejável
  • TQS ou Software similar de Modelagem Estrutural (Avançado);
  • Desejável fluência em inglês (outras línguas serão um diferencial);
  • Autocad (Intermediário);
  • Revit (Básico).
Conhecimento Diferencial
  • Ter experiência em estruturas concreto;
  • Software Robot (Intermediário);
  • Software SAP 2000 / STRAP (Intermediário);
  • Software Naviswork;
  • Conhecimentos em Projetos de Estruturas metálicas.
Condições
  • Vaga presencial para São Paulo - SP ( Chácara Santo Antônio );
  • 4 dias presenciais e 1 dia de home office.
