As a Mid-Market Account Executive , you'll expand Centercode's reach while connecting product leaders with the tools they need to deliver products people love. You’ll take the reins on qualified inbound opportunities while also crafting your own path to success—building pipeline through smart outreach, strategic account plays, and strong relationships. Selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations, you’ll orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder deals that span procurement, security, and product teams, making you a key driver of our growth story. What You'll Do as a Mid-Market Account Executive Opportunity Generation: Generate new business opportunities through inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting, nurturing MQLs into high-potential SQLs and creating 25% of pipeline through direct sales outreach Deal Ownership: Independently manage SMB/mid-market deals, uncover prospect needs and challenges, and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and presentations aligned with business goals Pipeline Management: Build and manage pipeline to move deals from interest to booking, including security reviews and procurement processes, with a consultative and tailored approach for stakeholders at Director and VP-levels, meeting or exceeding quotes and maintaining forecast accuracy Internal Coordination: Collaborate across teams, leverage networks, and continuously improve skills to align strategies, enhance sales performance, and sustain industry expertise What You Need to Do the Job 5+ years experience in SaaS new-logo sales (mid-market focus with some enterprise) A proven track record closing $50k+ ACV deals with procurement/security involvement Experience self-sourcing opportunities through prospect discovery and relationship building Familiarity with CRM, prospecting, and AI tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred) Strong discovery, business case, and closing skills Confidence and aptitude in selling to VP-level product/ops leaders What\'ll Give You an Edge Prior experience in beta testing, insights, or crowdsource technology space A strong network within product management or insights leadership circles Demonstrated success with six-figure enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and multi-month sales cycles Background in consultative / solution selling where business impact storytelling was key Experience collaborating with Customer Success and Implementation teams to drive adoption and expansion Familiarity with complex procurement and security reviews, especially in regulated industries Comfort working in lean, high-growth environments where adaptability and resourcefulness are essential The Nitty Gritty This is a full-time, hybrid position $85k-$100k base + commission ($170k-$200k OTE) Candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 40% Sorry, Recruiters: We\'re not open to working with you on this role We require a satisfactory background check following offer acceptance More About Us Centercode is a highly innovative tech company and we're growing all the time.
