Work Engagement: Direct Employment | Permanent

Location: Cross-site travel required (Laguna and Eastwood)

Work Setup: Onsite | Expected to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies, crisis response, and executive protection support.

Shift Schedule: Morning

Salary: ₱150,000 - ₱180,000  

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Security Manager will oversee all security operations in our Laguna and Eastwood locations. This role is responsible for creating a safe environment for employees and assets by handling risk assessment, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. You will also manage executive protection, investigations, and vendor relationships, while working closely with site leadership and various internal and external partners. The manager reports to the Global Security Director.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage security strategies, policies, and a 24/7 security operation to protect employees, assets, and facilities in Laguna and Eastwood.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify threats, and implement solutions to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Oversee and maintain all security technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Supervise third-party security vendors and ensure all security infrastructure is operational and up to date.
• Ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of all security infrastructure and recommend technology upgrades to enhance site security.
• Act as the primary security liaison with law enforcement and government agencies, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead C-TPAT and supply chain security program for the site, through internal audits, customer walkthroughs, and risk mitigation planning.
• Oversee executive protection programs for the Philippines and support regional travel risk assessments.
• Lead and coordinate security investigations across supported sites and maintain centralized security incident reporting database for Global, collaborating with HR and Legal as necessary.
• Support cross-site security assessments and represent the function during corporate audits; conduct periodic cross-site security audits as required.
• Lead the development of a global e-Visitor Management System and ensure all site security practices align with global standards.
• Serve as the security liaison during site-level crises, collaborating with crisis response teams and supporting post-incident reviews across Laguna and Eastwood.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or a similar field.
• Strong expertise in risk management, security investigations, executive protection, and emergency response planning.
• Experience in C-TPAT compliance, security audits, and customer security support is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of security technology solutions, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Ability to travel between Laguna and Eastwood sites and provide on-call emergency response support.
