Job description
**This position can be based in any Korn Ferry office in South America.**
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Comprehensive Human Resources role encompassing full employee lifecycle - providing HR advice & suggestions to leadership on key talent processes such as headcount planning and recruitment, inclusion and diversity, performance and reward, leadership progression appointments and onboarding, succession planning, employee experience, engagement, headcount movements, supply/demand, exits and exits Leadership interviews.
- Act as Program manager to ensure implementation of actions on the annual HR cycle: Performance Cycle, Bonuses, Projects (Mentoring), Talent Review, Training, Career Development, Talent Acquisition.
- Represent HR in South America´s (SAM) business table and manage the relationship between HR areas, business decision makers & employees.
- Acting as first point of contact and trusted advisor to the SAM leadership team.
Provide leadership to SAM HR teams and acting as escalation point; ensuring consistency where appropriate and sharing best and lessons learnt practices across the region when is needed.
- Working closely with Leadership team to support the integration of acquired companies to ensure long term success and value creation.
- Leveraging data analytics to track progress on talent KPIs and having insights-based discussions with leadership teams on talent topics. Work with the other HR areas to implement actions as needed (attrition, diversity, conduct counts, reskilling, etc.
- Partner to the business and HR Leads to develop and activate the talent strategy.
Managed Employee Relations cases, along with leaders, corporate and legal teams.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Have solid experience in one or more HR subsystems (T&D, R&S, R&B).
- significant work experience (3+ years) in multinational companies in HR related functions and or Professional Services companies, preferred.
- Solid experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong analytical capacity.
- Collaborative profile that works with autonomy and flexibility.
- Degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology or similar areas.
- Post-Graduation/MBA in the areas of Human Resources and/or Business, will be considered a differential.
- Fluent English (able to write and speak with eloquence), Advanced Spanish and Portuguese.
