We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **LTL Operations Specialist** to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will manage Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments through digital brokerage portals, assist customers in selecting the best shipping options, and ensure timely and accurate booking of loads.**Key Responsibilities**- ** Data Entry**: Accurately enter shipment details into LTL portals and internal systems.- ** Quote Management**: Use LTL platforms to retrieve available carrier options and rates for each shipment.- ** Customer Communication**: Share rate and transit options with customers, helping them select the best fit.- ** Booking Shipments**: Confirm and book the selected shipment option once approved by the customer.- ** Documentation Handling**: Generate and send the Bill of Lading (BOL) and other necessary documents to the customer.- ** Follow-Up Support**: Assist with shipment tracking or carrier follow-up as needed (optional depending on company flow).**Working** **conditions**:- Remote eligibility- Working schedule**: Mon - Fri CST**- Competitive Salary in USD- Remote mode of work- 10+ business days of paid time off- Team building and corporate events- Equipment provided- A supportive team**Requirements**:- Prior experience in LTL freight or logistics operations is a plus- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy- Comfortable working with online portals and freight software- Good written communication skills for corresponding with customers- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines- Understanding of freight documentation (e.g., BOLs, rate confirmations)- Customer service experience in a logistics environment
