OverviewB2B Travel is a key vertical within Mastercard’s Corporate Solutions strategy, encompassing payment flows between online travel agencies (OTAs), airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other travel ecosystem participants. This role focuses on enabling and expanding acceptance across the travel value chain, ensuring competitive economics, and fostering collaboration between ecosystem players to drive adoption of Mastercard solutions. In This RoleDevelop and execute initiatives to expand acceptance of Mastercard’s B2B travel payment solutions among airlines, hotels, rental car companies, associations, and other ecosystem partners. Work with partners to identify and address barriers to acceptance, including economics, settlement cycles, and operational processes. Engage with industry stakeholders to promote Mastercard’s capabilities and highlight value‑added solutions for the travel segment. Support the development of strategies and materials that facilitate partner engagement and adoption. Monitor performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new use cases. Work closely with internal teams such as Products, Sales, and Customer Delivery to align execution. All About YouDeep experience and network within the B2B travel ecosystem in Brazil/LAC. Experience with B2B payment flows in the travel industry, specifically between intermediaries and suppliers. Understanding of the travel distribution system and networks. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with commercial and operational stakeholders. Knowledge of key acceptance factors in travel payments, including economics and settlement processes. Collaborative approach to deliver solutions that meet market needs. Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing. Holder of a bachelor’s degree; a background in business, economics, or related fields is desirable. Corporate Security ResponsibilityAbide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed. Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
