About The Role

As our Manager for Digital Capability Training & Transformation, you will be a key architect of our company’s digital evolution. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the identification, development, and global rollout of digital and AI capability training for colleagues across all functions—from Service Technicians to Marketing experts. Your mission: ensure everyone at TKE is equipped and empowered to leverage cutting-edge digital tools and solutions to unlock value and lead meaningful transformation.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation, training/learning, or change management roles
  • Proven experience in Digital Capability Development, Learning & Development, or Change Management, preferably in a global or corporate context
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and their business applications
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, including e-learning and blended approaches
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across levels and geographies
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about empowering others through knowledge and transformation
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and identify training needs in collaboration with Global Product Owners, focusing on current and emerging Digital and AI products
  • Design and manage impactful training content, integrating it into Learning Paths and training platforms
  • Drive global scaling of training initiatives, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and relevance
  • Support regional teams responsible for local training execution
  • Coordinate with the Global Learning Campus and external partners for learning development and delivery
  • Continuously monitor, update, and optimize training materials based on product evolution and feedback
  • Champion digital transformation by supporting colleagues from various functions to adopt digital solutions
  • Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops, including onboarding and change enablement initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional transformation projects to align training with strategic goals
