Taking ownership of major components within our digital product development teams is a critical responsibility for this role. Leading the end-to-end development of large-scale features from refinement and planning through testing and delivery requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning full development streams and cloud component backlogs within scalable digital products.
- Defining and refining feature and work item scope to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Translating feature vision into detailed work packages, user stories, and deliverables, identifying dependencies, risks, and integration points across teams.
- Acting as the central point of contact for cloud components, collaborating with component owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- E2E testing and validation: coordinating and participating in testing to ensure features meet functional design and performance expectations before release.
- Supporting development teams by identifying potential issues and providing valid feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, feature ownership, or technical project management, ideally as a product or component owner.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex digital features or products.
- Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and coordination of development activities using Azure DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and coding skills preferred.
