Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Engineer specializing in Azure IoT solutions with DevOps skills. The role involves ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our Digital Services, including Digital Emergency Services, monitoring system health, and supporting the operation of connected devices and digital solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations of E2E Digital Solutions and Emergency Services, ensuring performance and minimal downtime.
  2. Monitor system performance, analyze data, and gather user feedback for improvements.
  3. Enhance quality and reliability across hardware and cloud teams.
  4. Act as the point of contact for L3/L4 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  5. Assist development teams by identifying issues and providing feedback.
  6. Drive test automation, including unit and integration testing.
  7. Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
  8. Support rollout and device firmware management, establishing quality gateways.
Candidate Profile

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Effective communication with business experts, product teams, developers, testers, and designers.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex systems.
  • Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, functional).
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance.
  • Coding skills and experience with cloud application maintenance are preferred.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
