Job Description

We seek a motivated Requirements Engineer responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for our Digital Emergency Services. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams in cloud backend, embedded systems, CPaaS, security, and operations to ensure clarity and fulfillment of requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners and field teams to translate needs into clear requirements.
  • Convert regulatory and business needs into detailed features and specifications.
  • Create requirement documents, including specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the development process by defining scope, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment.
  • Maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop test plans and cases to validate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in requirements engineering or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with complex, scalable systems, preferably in emergency, embedded, IoT solutions.
  • Knowledge of testing procedures and manual execution.
  • Coding skills and IoT/cloud application experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
