Overview

Digital Operations Engineer for Cloud based Digital Solutions & IoT Services (d / f / m) at TK Elevator. We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Engineer specializing in Azure IoT solutions with a DevOps Engineer skillset. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our Digital Services, including the Digital Emergency Services, and monitoring the health of our other digital services and connected devices. As a Digital Operations Engineer, you will support maintaining our Azure-based Digital Solutions, monitor the health of our system, ensure quality and reliability, foster cross-functional collaboration with multiple development workstreams, and guide other countries in the operation of the digital solutions and/or the digital emergency service.



Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the end-to-end Digital Solutions and Emergency Services, ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor system performance, analytics, and key user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to increase quality and reliability across all workstreams from hardware to cloud teams.
  • Be the point of contact for L3/L4 support and provide hands-on troubleshooting, problem mitigation and tracking of the resolution.
  • Support the development team by identifying potential issues and providing feedback to the development teams.
  • Drive and coordinate test automation of the overall product components – unit testing and integration testing.
  • Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
  • Support rollout and device firmware management processes and establish quality gateways to ensure the quality of the delivered components.

  • Reliable problem-solving, debugging, and data mining skills.
  • Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
  • Automated testing (Unit, Integration, Functional).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Coding skills and experience with maintaining cloud applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge about continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
