The role involves overseeing daily operations of end-to-end digital solutions and emergency services, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and gather user feedback.
- Enhance quality and reliability across hardware and cloud teams.
- Act as the point of contact for level 3/4 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist development teams by identifying issues and providing feedback.
- Drive test automation, including unit and integration testing.
- Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
