The Digital Operations Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and reliability of digital services, including emergency services. This professional oversees day-to-day operations of end-to-end digital solutions and emergency services, monitors system performance, analytics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of end-to-end digital solutions and emergency services.
- Monitor system performance, analytics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance quality and reliability across all workstreams from hardware to cloud teams.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, problem mitigation, and tracking of resolution for Level 3 and Level 4 support.
- Support the development team by identifying potential issues and providing feedback.
- Drive and coordinate test automation of product components, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
- Effective communication skills with business experts and product teams.
- Reliable problem-solving, debugging, and data mining skills.
- Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
- Automated testing experience (Unit, Integration, Functional).
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Coding skills and experience with maintaining cloud applications is preferred.
- Knowledge about continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
