Strategic Cloud Architect

This role offers a chance to shape the future of urban mobility and ensure seamless operation of our Digital Services, including Digital Emergency Services and monitoring system health.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of E2E Digital Solutions and Emergency Services, ensuring performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and gather user feedback for improvements.
- Enhance quality and reliability across hardware and cloud teams.
- Act as the point of contact for L3/L4 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist development teams by identifying issues and providing feedback.
- Drive test automation, including unit and integration testing.
- Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
- Support rollout and device firmware management, establishing quality gateways.
We are looking for a skilled professional with:
- Effective communication with business experts, product teams, developers, testers, and designers.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with large-scale, complex systems.
- Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, functional).
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance.
- Coding skills and experience with cloud application maintenance are preferred.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
