You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions, and digital products: Design and implement scalable and robust data architecture to support the organization's data needs. Develop and maintain data models, schema, and structures for optimal storage and retrieval. Value Creation: Pragmatic data engineer who can link business expectations and data to create business value and implement solutions. Find short-term solutions to business challenges while keeping the long-term picture in mind to create a data-driven strategic asset. Data Management: Support/drive data management in a hands-on manner to ensure data quality readiness for use in data-enabled solutions. Development: Utilize relevant programming languages to build data solutions – including building on necessary backend infrastructure. Data Quality and Governance: Support and enforce data quality standards. Collaborate with data stewards to ensure compliance with data governance policies. Monitor and troubleshoot data/digital solutions. What We Look For Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in a B2B environment. Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and developing business solutions based on data. Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and big data technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills and openness to work in cross-functional teams in a global setting. TK Elevator prides itself on being an equal opportunity workplace.
