AI/Data Engineer – Scale AI Solutions (Programmatic Approach)3 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants.Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI/Data engineer focused on scaling AI solutions to join our global team driving our AI/Data-programmatic approach.The role is critical to transform our company and scale AI/Data solutions based on proprietary data, leading technology and strong global teams and SMEs.This role bridges technology and business understanding by ensuring that use cases built on our Common Data Platform (CDP) directly improve elevator service operations, sales, and customer outcomes at scale.The ideal candidate combines strong tech competencies (Azure, Databricks, AI/AI Ops, Dev/Data/AI-ops, understanding of AI models/GenAI tools) with business acumen and an understanding of how to scale developed solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support development of everything from classical machine learning models to advanced deep learning and Generative AI/LLM-based solutions.Ensure end-to-end quality of the solution and scale it globally with strong business acumen, collaborating with product owners and business owners in regions (US, Spain, Brazil, Germany, Korea).Show ownership for realizing AI/Data ideas into products – adding business value with short payback times.Act as realistic technical product voice for our data/AI solutions in early product discussions with business leaders, PO, architects, and DevOps team.Design, implement, and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and ADLS.Apply automation to streamline and scale recurring data engineering tasks across the CDP.Develop reporting and visualization solutions to support scaling and ensure transparency on quality and impact.Work with Data Architects to ensure automation aligns with standards, governance, and platform strategy.Collaborate with Architecture, Business, DevOps, and Data Ops teams.Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and best practices in data, automation, and AI to drive platform evolution.Explore and leverage latest capabilities of Azure AI Foundry and Databricks Agent Bricks to enable intelligent, agentic orchestration.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in AI engineering, building AI solutions for scale, proven track record delivering business value.Proven capability in AI models, AI engineering, data modelling, and building reusable, scalable solutions.Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Data Factory, SQL, Python.Strong understanding of data pipeline automation, CI/CD for data, and orchestration frameworks.Interest in linking business requirements to technical solutions and measuring tangible outcomes.Familiarity with Azure Foundry and emerging tools such as Databricks Agent Bricks is a plus.Curiosity for agentic AI capabilities and how they can enhance automation in enterprise environments.Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in global, cross-functional teams.Fluent in English; German, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is a plus.Very strong team player and collaborator.Ready to go the extra mile to get things done – from deep tech discussions to training to business cases to culture change.BenefitsHealth care, Dental care, Bonus, Private pension, Program for pregnant women, Social support program, Life insurance, Telemedicine, Telenutrition, Telepsychology, Restaurant, Transportation.Who We ArePeople are at the heart of everything we do at TK Elevator.We work as a team, care about each other's safety, and share a common vision to keep the world moving.This is your opportunity to go further and impact the future of urban mobility.SenioritiesMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing, Facilities Services & Construction#J-*****-Ljbffr
