Job Title: Requirements Engineer for Cloud based Digital Emergency Services

As a key member of our team, the Requirements Engineer will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for our Digital Emergency Services.

This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams in cloud backend, embedded systems, CPaaS, security, and operations to ensure clarity and fulfillment of requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with product owners and field teams to translate needs into clear requirements
  • Converting regulatory and business needs into detailed features and specifications
  • Creating requirement documents, including specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Supporting the development process by defining scope, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment
  • Maintaining technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Developing test plans and cases to validate solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in requirements engineering or similar roles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with complex, scalable systems, preferably in emergency, embedded, IoT solutions
  • Knowledge of testing procedures and manual execution
  • Coding skills and IoT/cloud application experience preferred
  • Proficiency with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Excellent English communication skills
