OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and independent Feature Expert to take ownership of a major feature stream within a digital product development team. You will lead end-to-end development, from refinement and planning to development, testing, and delivery. Your role involves working cross-functionally to break down features into actionable tasks, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery across multiple teams.
Responsibilities- Own a full development stream within a scalable digital product.
- Define and refine the scope of major product features, aligning with business and technical requirements.
- Translate feature visions into detailed work packages, user stories, and deliverables, identifying dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate development activities across teams, acting as the central contact point.
- Coordinate and participate in testing to ensure features meet all expectations before release.
- Support development teams by identifying issues and providing constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, feature ownership, or technical project management.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams delivering complex digital features.
- Experience with large, scalable systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; coding skills are a plus.
