Job Description:
We are seeking for a proactive and independent working Component (Product) Owner to take ownership of a major component within a digital product development team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of a large-scale feature—from refinement and planning through development, testing, and delivery. You will work cross-functionally to break down the feature into actionable work packages, manage dependencies, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful digital products.

The position will be part of our MAX product team and as a component lead you will work closely with the respective product owner and technical lead. Main responsibility will be the ownership of the product specific features and the related backlog.

What We Expect

• Ownership of a full development stream and/or cloud component backlog within a scalable digital product.
• Feature and PBI definition: Define and refine the scope of a major product feature and work items, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Backlog planning and development: Translate the feature vision into detailed work packages, user stories, and deliverables. Identify dependencies, risks, and integration points across teams.
• Cross-functional development coordination: Act as the central point of contact for the cloud component, collaborating with components owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• E2E testing and validation: Coordinate and participate in testing to ensure the feature meets functional, design, and performance expectations before release.
• Support the development team by identifying potential issues and providing valid feedback to the development teams.

Quem buscamos
Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, feature ownership, or technical project management in best case as product or component owner.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex digital features or products.
• Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the coordination of development activities using Azure DevOps.
• Valid communication skills with field business and field experts, DevOps and product teams including developers, POs and testers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Coding skills are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
