Overview Operations Manager role at RJ Schinner Co., Inc. Location: Bethlehem, PA (3863 Courtney Street, Unit #3, Bethlehem, PA 18017). Schedule Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm, or until completion Operations Manager Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance Two weeks’ paid time off in your first year, paid holidays and paid leave program Internal advancement opportunity Up-to-date technology and operations equipment New-hire and ongoing training opportunities Regular Employee Appreciation events Employee pricing program on RJ Schinner sold products ½ off RJ Schinner Apparel Operations Manager Duties Assist/support supervisors to ensure policies and procedures are followed Oversee evaluation of warehouse employees with supervisors Establish rapport with customers, vendors, and delivery drivers Oversee accuracy of in-bound shipments; report discrepancies Oversee other shipping records such as returns, damage, discrepancies, etc. Oversee inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical counts Provide training on processes and procedures Communicate business plans and departmental goals and objectives Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures for the distribution center Operations Manager Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience Minimum 3 years of inventory control and SKU management experience High degree of attention to detail Effective ability to interface with all levels within the organization Moderate level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucks Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to safely lift 50 lbs.
