Location: Bethlehem, PA (3863 Courtney Street, Unit #3, Bethlehem, PA 18017).

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm, or until completion

Operations Manager Duties
  • Assist/support supervisors to ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Oversee evaluation of warehouse employees with supervisors
  • Establish rapport with customers, vendors, and delivery drivers
  • Oversee accuracy of in-bound shipments; report discrepancies
  • Oversee other shipping records such as returns, damage, discrepancies, etc.
  • Oversee inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical counts
  • Provide training on processes and procedures
  • Communicate business plans and departmental goals and objectives
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures for the distribution center
Operations Manager Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of inventory control and SKU management experience
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Effective ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Moderate level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucks
  • Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to safely lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Eclipse Warehouse Management System background
