The- DISTRICT MANAGERis responsible for overseeing multiple adidas stores within an assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a premium consumer experience. This role serves as a strategic link between Store Management and Retail Leadership, driving business results while fostering a culture aligned with adidas values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach, and developSTORE MANAGERSto ensure high levels of engagement, performance, and adherence to company standards.-Monitor and analyzeKPIS(sales, profitability, productivity) to achieve and exceed district targets.-EnsureOPERATIONAL COMPLIANCEwith adidas policies, procedures, and global retail standards.-Drive aCONSUMER-CENTRIC CULTURE, ensuring consistent delivery of premium service and brand experience.-ManageTALENT DEVELOPMENT, including succession planning, performance reviews, and team capability building.-Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR/Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, etc.) to maximize district performance.-LeadSTORE OPENINGS, REMODELS, AND KEY RETAIL INITIATIVESwithin the district.**REQUIREMENTS**:Proven experience inMULTI-UNIT RETAIL MANAGEMENT, preferably within fashion, sports, or lifestyle industries.-StrongBUSINESS ACUMENwith the ability to interpret financial data and drive results.-DemonstratedLEADERSHIP SKILLS, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.-Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across the district.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
