Ensure global policies and procedures, in accordance with PUMA's standards.
Strategic and Operational management of stores, Business Planning, Construction of diagnostics and design of solutions for sales growth and profitability.
Create innovative business opportunities, identify ways to drive sales in the country, and ensure that actions taken lead to objectives, such as maximizing opportunities;
Must travel frequently to 100% of the stores, according to local needs;
- Participate in Results Meeting and alignments with the Head of Retail, weekly, presenting actions and analysis to overcome results.**YOUR TALENT**:
Excellent communication skills, including English;
Excellent skills in Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills;
Experience in managing several stores;
