Job Title: Systems Operations Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Operations Manager to serve as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for our ERP system, Epicor P21. As the system owner and P21 subject-matter expert, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Epicor P21 to support business operations. You will own end-to-end workflows including quotes, sales orders, invoicing credits. Purchasing receiving and vendor management inventory management across one or more warehouses manage customer pricing structures contracts margin controls monitor system accuracy data integrity performance identify resolve system issues errors inefficiencies serve main point contact with Epicor support external consultants create maintain SOPs internal documentation processes.
