Position ChallengesYou’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products, identifying and resolving production inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement. Lead production operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across all processes. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of industrial operations.Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee supply of goods and optimize productivityIdentify and eliminate production bottlenecksManage production data and performance reportingMonitor budgets and ensure financial complianceDevelop and enforce organizational policies and legal standardsFacilitate communication across internal teams and external partnersLead regular performance reviews and operational updatesPlan and execute cost-reduction initiatives across labor, consumables, utilities (gas, electricity), equipment investment, and repair costsDrive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimizationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fieldsPostgraduate studies in industrial areas (desirable)Solid experience in production/assembly lines at global companiesStrong leadership skillsAdvanced English proficiency (will be tested)
