Position ChallengesYou'll be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products, identifying and resolving production inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.Lead production operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across all processes.This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of industrial operations.Role & Responsibilities- Oversee supply of goods and optimize productivity- Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks- Manage production data and performance reporting- Monitor budgets and ensure financial compliance- Develop and enforce organizational policies and legal standards- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners- Lead regular performance reviews and operational updates- Plan and execute cost-reduction initiatives across labor, consumables, utilities (gas, electricity), equipment investment, and repair costs- Drive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimizationRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields- Postgraduate studies in industrial areas (desirable)- Solid experience in production/assembly lines at global companies- Strong leadership skills- Advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
