We are looking for Field Support Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career. Field Support Analyst – Responsibilities Support services at the user’s Desk (Desk Side) include Laptops/Desktops, Thin client and Basic printer support. Coordinate with third‑party vendors for hardware or software issues. Hardware repair (break‑fix) and software repair (break‑fix). Repair services managed by a dedicated Desk‑Side engineer at each site. Maintain, update and oversee every aspect of computer networks. Assist customers in their inquiries and provide troubleshooting support. Provide training and assistance to IT technicians and help‑desk technicians. Design computer systems to meet the particular needs of the organization. Act as the first point of contact for clients concerning their computer systems and hardware issues. Ensure proper logging and documentation of all issues. Monitor daily performance of systems. Turn in detailed reports for technical assistance requests, including the procedures employed to resolve the issue, dates and times, and individuals involved. Install and configure computer applications. Availability & Support Hours For Manufacturing Plants, 7×24 coverage is required. In locations with business hours, service will be provided during business hours. Remote support at the User’s Desk (Remote Desk Side) applies to sites that do not have constant service coverage. Skills Intermediate English Laptop/Desktop Windows knowledge, networking (L2 level) Portuguese language preferred (English as a second language a plus) Desirable: MS Office, Teams. What do we offer?
