Enterprise Field Support Specialist

Job Overview This role involves working in the field, supporting and implementing software and hardware solutions for customers. It requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills. You will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Intellicene's enterprise software and related hardware, as well as providing support for video management, situational awareness, and dispatch solutions. This includes on-site and remote support, and you will need to travel frequently to customer sites for project deployment and training. Key Responsibilities Software and Hardware Support: Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain Intellicene's enterprise software and related hardware Video Management and Dispatch Solutions: Provide support for video management, situational awareness, and dispatch solutions - onsite and remotely Technical Issue Resolution: Own technical issues end-to-end and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them fast Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in physical security/video surveillance environments, experience with enterprise software in LAN/WAN environments, and solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Multicast). Additionally, you should have experience with Windows Server, virtualization, MS SQL Server, and hardware (RAID, NAS/SAN), as well as customer-facing skills with clear communication and presentation abilities. Benefits Fluent Language Skills: Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English Technical Expertise: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience Customer-Facing Mindset: Customer-facing mindset with clear communication and presentation skills Nice to Have The following qualifications are desirable but not essential: 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (support, professional services, pre/post-sales), relevant certifications (Cisco, MCSE, Project Management), and experience reading SOWs and presenting to executive audiences.
