Job Title: Experienced Software Developer This role involves working as a key member of the engineering team to design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. As an experienced software developer, you will work closely with engineers and product stakeholders to identify and solve complex technical problems. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of new features and integrations using Ruby on Rails Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery Develop and maintain third-party integrations with B2B healthcare systems Provide detailed estimates for bug fixes, enhancements, and feature development Deliver high-quality, well-documented code that meets or exceeds velocity expectations Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Ruby on Rails (version 7+), including strong knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as Stimulus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and negotiate priorities Experience taking the lead on complete features and demonstrating initiative in solving ambiguous problems Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems Proven delivery experience in a dynamic startup environment About the Role: We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our vibrant and fast-paced engineering team.
