You’ll represent a instrumental function within our wider Amazon Transportation Operations, as we work to establish a new Return Center while supporting reverse logistics capabilities to meet projected business growth.Key job responsibilitiesEssential ResponsibilitiesDrive reverse logistics performance metrics to meet or exceed operational targets Analyze and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards Monitor compliance with Reverse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all facilities Implement data-driven process improvements aligned with business growth objectives A day in the lifeReview daily return metrics and facility performance on reverse logistics activities. Coordinate with facility managers to resolve operational issues Update tracking dashboards and create action plans for performance gaps Conduct process audits to ensure SOP compliance Analyze return trends and provide recommendations for process optimization Develop mid-term operational plans aligned with business priorities and needs.
