About our mission At Sum Up, our mission is to empower small businesses by providing secure, scalable, and innovative financial solutions. Within our Business & Data Graduate Program, we support the company’s growth across multiple fronts, from Sales and Operations to Risk Management and Business Strategy. Our goal is to enable sustainable expansion while building resilient systems that balance operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision-making. By joining us, you’ll contribute to initiatives that create meaningful impact for millions of entrepreneurs worldwide. What your journey will look like In our Business & Data Program, you’ll dive deep into real business challenges from day one. The program is designed to encompass different levels of seniority, creating opportunities both for young professionals eager to learn and grow, and for more experienced talents seeking to broaden their strategic impact. Our goal is to develop future leaders in data and business strategy, while valuing the diversity of experiences and perspectives. Your day-to-day will involve: Work hands-on with real business data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities ; Supporting the design and implementation of scalable processes; Collaborate with experienced teams in Product, Risk, Ops, and Finance; Applying analytical thinking to solve problems and propose innovative solutions ; Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders ; Balance growth, efficiency, and fraud prevention in projects with visible impact. Who we’re looking for: Completed degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Curious, analytical, and proactive problem-solvers; Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python is a plus, but not a must); Advanced English (Spanish is a plus); Motivated to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-paced environment, developing real business impact.
