**ROLE PURPOSE**
As an Installation Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of offshore installation projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **ROLE CONTRIBUTION**- Develop and execute project plans for offshore installation activities, including subsea structures, pipelines, and facilities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
**REQUIRIMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Fluent English;
Background Installation Project (minimum 10 years);
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong understanding of subsea engineering, marine operations, and offshore construction techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desirable Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Familiarity with international standards and regulations governing offshore installations.
Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams.
