Outbound Call Sales Agent (Brazilian Market)

Base pay range: $7,200.00/yr - $10,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and passionately explain our cutting-edge products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring your recommendations to create perfect, personalized solutions.
  • Close deals by providing accurate information, pricing, and ensuring every interaction moves you closer to hitting—and surpassing—your sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay ahead of the game with up-to-date product knowledge and industry insights to tackle queries or objections.
  • Team up for success by collaborating with teammates to smash team sales goals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections
