**What you'll do**:
As part of the GTM team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting General and Administrative areas (G&A) and Sales. This individual will develop financial analysis, craft and prepare financial plans and budgets, and communicate financial information to various stakeholders and DocuSign leadership.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the FP&A Director.
**Responsibility**
- Collaborate with GTM team to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Prepare and present analyses, forecasts, reports and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders to support critical decision-making opportunities
- Assist with monthly reporting packages for senior management and executives, including actuals and forecast explanations
- Provide insights into budget variances, financial performance, and cost optimization opportunities
- Run monthly close flash reporting and monthly expense variances
- Build presentations to advise senior leadership on department variances and forecasts
- Reconcile monthly workforce planning and headcount
- Assist with establishing and maintaining relevant financial metrics to be provided as a dashboard for senior management and business partners
- Drive high-quality, timely analyses that contribute to the high performance and success of the business including analytical models in support of new business opportunities and strategic investments

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in Finance with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting and planning
**Preferred**
- High level of proficiency in all productivity tools, including Google Sheets and sophisticated modeling skills
- Experience with Adaptive and Oracle or other large well-known ERP and accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communications
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead work initiatives with cross-functional coordination with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization
