Job Description:We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making in our pharmaceutical operations.This role will provide strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and drive sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across commercial functions.Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives: pipeline investments, product launches, and market strategies.Own the Management Cash Flow (MCF) process, ensuring accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and alignment with business priorities.Provide monthly performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
