As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will be working with a global team supporting the managerial accounting close and reporting and helping provide valuable and timely information and analysis for the decision making of the company in its scaling phase

You will be part of establishing the FP&A area, helping to define and implement processes, building reports, and analysis, working with all departments to translate the operational strategy into financial metrics, and helping the company in evaluating its performance and the result of strategies and projects.

**Location**:São Paulo (office, with some home office flexibility)

**Required Shifts**:9am-6pm UTC or 12pm-9pm UTC (Negotiable)

**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate with Finance and other business partners to collect and consolidate operational metrics and “the story behind the numbers”
- Run reports and analyses on the various financial KPIs
- Support payments team to analyze transaction, operation, and financial data
- Support annual plan & forecasts including monthly/quarterly trends and help in developing forecast models
- Partner with other departments in ad hoc requests for reports and analysis

**You’ll Succeed With**:

- Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or other related degrees;
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, or similar positions
- Proactiveness in bringing new ideas, delivering them to other teams and departments;
- Drive to continuous improvement and learning new skills
- Critical thinking, recognizing the current problem or situation, organizing available information, revealing gaps and opportunities, and identifying the options
- Strong analytical skills, having the curiosity to know more about something, asking the right questions, understanding context, and breaking big things into smaller steps
- High attention to detail and proven experience making high stake decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve challenging issues in a timely manner
- Good communication, collaboration skills, and Advanced presentation skills
- Strong Excel skills, knowledge in Data Analysis and BI tools are a plus
- Fluent English
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
- Native/Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese
