Drive Operational Excellence in BPS Brazil The Manager Operations BPS Brazil plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across BPS operations. Their focus is on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service quality through strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams. Main Responsibilities: Provide timely and meaningful insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure account profitability and growth. Cultivate strong client relationships and manage escalations efficiently. Maintain regular review sessions with Account Managers and other departments to ensure seamless SLA adherence. Monitor daily productivity against defined service level standards and make data-driven improvements. Audit client-defined compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and adherence. Coach and mentor Team Leads and AMs in day-to-day operations and people management. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team by developing targeted training programs. Supervise and support team members to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. Represent the organization during client visits and reviews, showcasing operational excellence. Lead process re-engineering projects to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times for increased productivity. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards. Partner with stakeholders to leverage digital tools and automation for operational efficiency gains. Analyze KPIs and create actionable dashboards to track improvement outcomes and inform future strategies. Conduct training sessions on process excellence methodologies to empower team members with the skills they need to succeed.
