Tech Lead in Salesforce Development at BairesDev Seeking a Tech Lead in Salesforce Development, skilled in Apex and Visualforce, to oversee our Salesforce development team. In this pivotal role, you'll set technical direction, lead development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and administration of Sales Cloud, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with internal teams. Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate needs into technical Salesforce implementations. Oversee Apex & Visualforce development, object & field creation, integrations, and daily Salesforce administration to support business operations. Ensure data accuracy, effective segmentation, and management, meeting reporting needs and optimizing customer data use. Guide and mentor the Salesforce development team, promoting best practices in coding, object modeling, and system design. Requirements: 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Development with Apex. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong experience in application security best practices. Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications. Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. Advanced level of English.
