**Responsibilities**:Power BI Development:- Design, develop and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.- Create visualizations, interactive reports, and data model that provide actionable insights.Data Integration:- Extract, Transform and load (ETL) data from various data sources (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel, etc) into PowerBI.- Collaboration with data engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy in Power BI reports may be required.- Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and dataflows.Data Modelling:- Create and optimize data model that support business intelligence requirements.- Design and implement calculated columns, measure and DAX queries.- Ensure data models are scalable and performant.Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with business analysts, data engineers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and dashboards.- Document BI Solutions, including data models, DAX queries and report specifications.Continuous Improvement:- Stay current with the latest Power Bi features, best practices and industry trends.- Continuously enhance existing Power BI Solutions to improve performance and user experience.- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI Development with at least 3 years specifically focused on Power BI.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power Bi Service and Power Query.- Strong Knowledge of data integration and ET Processes.- Experience with SQL and database management systems (eg: SWL Server, Azure SQL).- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is an added bonus.Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred:- Power BI Certification.- Knowledge of other BI Tools ( Tableau, Qlikview, etc).- Experience with advanced analytics.- Experience with Azure Services.**This role offers the flexibility of working remotely.**Microsoft Power BI,SQL ,DBMS,AZURE AQL,DAX
