Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the primary HR representative for our Brazil operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and union regulations, supporting employees, and collaborating with the broader HR team across the Americas. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, fostering engagement, performance, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Support managers on people management, performance, and development.
  • Implement learning initiatives with Training & Development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improvements.
  • Manage local HR operations, including contracts and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and union agreements.
  • Support organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee participation in programs.
  • Lead or support workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Implement performance management tools.
  • Collaborate with HR teams in the U.S. and Mexico for strategy alignment.
Technical Attributes and Experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Jira, Workday).
  • Ability to analyze HR data using Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and union processes.
  • Experience leading HR projects and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Skilled in HR reporting and documentation.
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and union relations.
  • Experience with collective bargaining.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency required.
