Food & Beverage Manager : Responsible for daily management and results, including executing the F&B strategy, revenue growth, cost control, staff development, quality assurance, daily cash reconciliation, health and safety standards, event execution, and ensuring profitable operations.

Venue Profitability:
  • Manage the venue's P&L
  • Handle purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage the venue's software systems
  • Analyze menus and pricing regularly to ensure brand alignment
  • Collaborate with departments such as Rooms, Sales, Experience, and Marketing
Venue Operations:
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff
  • Ensure high customer service standards
  • Welcome guests and handle complaints and inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with protocols
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are met
  • Complete reports, attend meetings, and manage maintenance protocols
Venue Events:
  • Curate and execute an events calendar
  • Oversee operational execution of events
  • Support DJs and artists
  • Decorate venues according to brand concepts
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Social Media teams on activations
  • Manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Less than 3 years of experience as a department manager
  • Experience in inventory management, menu creation, cost calculation, and cash reconciliation
  • Understanding of financial statements (P&L)
  • Event planning and management experience
  • Network of local suppliers and vendors
