Ticketing Sales & Strategy Manager Department: Ticketing, Hospitality & Stadium Revenue Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: Brazil Description FIFA27 will be established as the Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil, to work together with FIFA HQ in Zurich and globally, to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ (“FWWC2027”). THE POSITION Sitting within the Ticketing Department, Ticketing aims to deliver the most engaging, innovative, and accessible Women’s World Cup experience for all athletes, fans, partners, and the community. Reporting organizationally to the Head of Ticketing, the Ticketing Sales & Strategy Manager will help serve Ticketing sales, operations and efforts for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil™ 2027 that for the first time ever, will be hosted in South America. Work in close consultation and collaboration with FIFA Zurich. The Ticketing Sales & Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ticket sales strategies to ensure optimal attendance and revenue generation for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 in Brazil. The role requires a strong understanding of the Brazilian sports market, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive innovative ticketing initiatives not only across all 8 host cities but in the wider region. Ensuring an exceptional and consistent approach in the planning phase as well as throughout the tournament. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute ticket sales strategies to maximize revenue and stadium occupancy across all venues. Design and implement Ticket Sales Strategy for the project, including but not limited to ticket products, sales phases, and pricing strategies tailored to different market segments. Conduct market analysis to optimise sales projections and adapt pricing dynamically. Collaborate with the ticketing project management as well as the CRM team to ensure strategies and processes are aligned. Collaborate with the FIFA Hospitality team and the Official Hospitality Provider to ensure Hospitality’s product positioning and pricing is integrated into the overall ticketing strategy and objectives. Engage with local communities, fan groups, and host city stakeholders to drive awareness and interest in the tournament. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to build and ensure the alignment of ticketing and hospitality promotions with overall event campaigns and timelines. Build and manage relationships with domestic stakeholders incl., venue operators, host cities and key stakeholders to optimize ticketing and hospitality opportunities. Monitor ticket sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement, with a particular focus on strategies to increase sales, attendance, and overall revenue. Ensure compliance with FIFA ticketing standards, operational guidelines, and relevant regulations. Conduct post-event analysis to capture learnings for future FIFA tournaments. YOUR PROFILE EDUCATION Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sport Management, Marketing, Economics or relevant area. EXPERIENCE 5+ years’ experience in: Ticket sales for major sports events; including but not limited to the definition of the strategies to increase sales, attendance and revenues – preferably with experience in the Brazilian market. Planning and delivery of a similar project SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Deep understanding of Brazilian market trends and ticketing legislation Ability to design and execute ticketing strategies that maximize revenue and stadium occupancy. Understanding dynamic pricing, market segmentation, and sales optimization in a large scale event context. Strong skills in developing ticketing products, packages, and pricing models that drive demand. Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies Diplomatic , able to create and nurture stakeholder relationships. Courteous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organised, resilient. Ability to work well under pressure, and as part of a team. Good numerical and time management skills. Ability to prioritise, and be assertive where necessary. CERTIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools. Flexible working hours, readiness for stand-by duty. Willingness to travel. Right to work in Brazil.
