Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION.**It’s More Than a Job, it’s a Career - YouTubeRelocation package: This position **will be assigned to Brazil.**Local relocation package is available.**Include a resume in your Workday profile****Job Summary**:**Additional Info**:- Must be graduated from or enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs**:IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Mechatronic**Engineering or similar or the equivalent experience,**- Brazil Graduation date must be before **June 2025**- The location for this position is **Brazil.**- **Domestic**relocation assistance is available**for this position.- **Availability to travel to the US for training in June 2025 for an extended period.**- Mandatory have a passport and American B1-B2 visa.- Pre-advanced level B2+ of English and level B1 Intermediate of Spanish, (evaluated in interview)- Ability to work on a remote mine site on a defined roster schedule.The following are areas that you would work with to prepare you for the operations team role:**Operational and MineStar overview**- Understand the role of the autonomous operations group in delivering safe productivity and value delivery on our customer sites- Expansive training courses covering the MineStar suite of softwares, including role specific training.**Marketing Training Class**- An immersive 7 weeks program to provide you an overview of the complete Caterpillar business.**Mining Technology Enabled Solutions**- Dedicated time with the Caterpillar Product Support, Implementation and Training teams- Understand how the MTES groups are an essential part to supporting our customers and how they interact with your future role as an Application or Onboard Specialist on the Autonomous Operations Team.**Application Specialist Rotation**- Working directly with our skilled Application Specialists understanding the role and it´s responsibilities.**Onboard Specialist Rotation**- Working directly with our skilled Onboard Specialists understanding the role and it’s responsibilities.**Employee benefits details**:Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
