Job OverviewCaterpillar's Mining Technology Enabled Solutions (MTES) group, a division of the Surface Mining and Technology Division, is seeking a MineStar Training Support Supervisor to be located in Brazil.The role provides leadership for the training development and delivery of user, dealer, service, and support training worldwide for all MTES products, and develops, implements, and maintains product support strategies between Caterpillar, dealers, and customers.ResponsibilitiesLead and direct the MineStar Training team, setting strategy and ensuring alignment with MTES objectives.Design, develop, maintain, and evaluate training programs, materials, and delivery methods.Update training content to reflect product changes and upgrades.Collect and incorporate Voice-of-Customer, Voice-of-Dealer, and Voice-of-Business feedback into training requirements.Provide guidance for NPI training deliverables, including user competencies, materials, and simulations for all MTES products.Ensure language-specific training is ready before NPI GW6 rollout.Deliver user, service, and support training to support implementations, upgrades, and performance issues.Manage the MTES learning management system and monitor training engagement and effectiveness.Build and maintain dealer and customer relationships to support training adoption.Support development of sales and marketing materials for service and user support functions.Track and achieve training profitability targets and benchmark training trends for continuous improvement.Establish and monitor metrics that ensure sustainable training offerings.Provide technology process support to MTES product support staff, both at Caterpillar and dealer sites.Track and manage product support metrics and targets related to MTES products.Collaborate with Cat and dealer support staff to identify and resolve support process issues.Document support processes and align strategies with internal partners.Track metrics to increase customers who pay for MineStar premium support.Lead personnel issues, include performance evaluations and development of subordinates to build a strong staffing pipeline.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.MineStar product support experience required.Proficiency in English at pre-advanced level required.Prior leadership experience preferred.6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt experience preferred.Strong planning, coordination, and self-reliance skills.Excellent customer-centric and communication skills.Relationship management techniques and human-relations skills.Additional RequirementsAvailability to attend global meetings, including early morning and late evening times.Up to 50% travel required.On-site work five days a week required.BenefitsMedical, dental, and medication reimbursement plans.Psychological, legal, social, and finance support program.Private pension plan and profit share.Meal assistance and Christmas basket.Transportation and life insurance.Extended maternity and paternity leave.Employee resource groups (Young Professionals, Women in Networking, LAMBDA, Latin Group).Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply.Posting Dates: janeiro 6, **** - janeiro 20, ****#J-*****-Ljbffr
