Technical Support Specialist We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical assistance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software and compliance-related issues in a timely manner. About the Role The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product, to ensure seamless support delivery. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will have access to industry-leading tools, including Enterprise ChatGPT, Grammarly, and GitHub Copilot, to help you excel in your role. Responsibilities Triage support requests by conducting thorough investigations of technical product issues. Provide regular updates on issue resolution status to customers and internal stakeholders.
