Job Title: Application Consultant About the Role: This position is responsible for resolving technical issues and complaints from customers in a prompt manner. Collaboration with other specialists, including Sales & Technical Support Specialists, is also essential to ensure effective troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be required to conduct customer training sessions, visit clients regularly to provide updates on their progress, and participate in conference calls to share technical information. They must also possess the ability to coordinate studies and validations with customers as necessary. Responsibilities: Solve customers' technical problems and complaints promptly Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required; Conduct Customer training Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues Other tasks arranged by the company Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy, or related subject Minimum 3 years of experience working in IVD Application area, such as Immunology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology (Immunology preferred) Able to use English as working language Good communication skills and hard working We Offer: The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
