Technical Solutions Specialist As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Provide first-line technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Technical Support Specialists, to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in the IVD Application area, with a strong background in immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology. Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal.
