In this highly autonomous, individual contributor role, you'll lead initiatives that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our frontline sales teams including field, administrative, and tele-sales functions.

You'll take a step back to uncover foundational opportunities that drive long-term impact across the business. Your work will help unify sales workflows, elevate user experience, and influence how we scale and support sales organizations.

What You'll Do
  • Develop deep expertise in how frontline sales teams operate by identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and unmet needs through research and partnership.

  • Define mid- to long-term initiatives that improve productivity, scalability, and system usability.
  • Collaborate with partners in product, engineering, design, data, and sales operations to frame high-impact problems and explore solutions. Connect business strategy, user needs, and technical capabilities to influence product direction and priorities.
  • Advocate for changes across process, technology, and organizational practices that deliver meaningful impact.
  • Clearly articulate trade-offs and opportunities to senior stakeholders and help guide resource allocation across teams.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven success leading strategic product initiatives in complex environments, ideally at the principal level or equivalent.
  • Ability to think holistically and long-term, with a focus on solving systemic issues over incremental improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful insights, and use metrics to drive strategic decision.
  • Experience working in or closely with field sales, tele-sales, or sales operations organizations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong product intuition, user empathy, and a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and thriving in a role with high autonomy and broad scope

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in B2B sales systems, CRM platforms, or internal tools supporting sales teams.
  • Experience leading discovery and research in enterprise or cross-functional environments
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to collaborate closely with designers to deliver intuitive and effective sales tools.
  • Ability to evaluate technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams and make informed decisions that balance user needs, scalability, and complexity.
  • Advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field is a plus—especially if it supports strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and organizational change. Equivalent experience is equally valued.
