**Who We Are****Sr Business Data Analyst****What you’ll do****Key Responsibilities**:- Understanding the business requirements and take accountability on investigating data and do problem solving- Work on upstream and downstream data, curate and present in a meaningful analysis- Develop reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders- Recommend strategic value enablement ideas and execute them within agreed timelines- Deliver meaningful business insights from data in a proactive manner (i.e. without prior specific request from stakeholders)- Develop and document functional and technical specifications- Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements- Manage project timelines and deliverables- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis**Minimum Qualifications**:- State the minimum required qualifications to successfully perform the job. _- These _**_must have_**_ qualifications that are _**_necessary_**_ for someone to be considered for the position. For example: experience, education, specialized knowledge, skills, technical requirements, etc._- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.- Language Level: Advanced- Background in Strategic Operations Data Analysis- Strong knowledge of Advance SQL, Data Quality Analysis & Management skills, Data Visualization with Google Looker & Sheets (or similar tools Such as Tableau and PowerBI)- Ability to bring insights and present data using Google slides- Manage projects independently with little guidance- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Preferred experience in Data science, Secondary research- Please, upload your resume in English._**Why Cognizant?**A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.A highly competitive benefits and salary package.Opportunity to work for leading global companies.
