What You'll Be Doing: Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations; Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen); Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites; Debug and resolve complex production issues; Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams; Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence; What You Need To Succeed: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development; Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills; Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale; Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements; Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka); Advanced English communication skills; The Future We See: At CloudWalk, we envision a future where AI empowers every field to reach new heights: • People teams leveraging AI to transform talent acquisition and employee development. • Marketing professionals creating data-driven, AI-powered campaign strategies. • Customer Success teams enhancing client experiences with intelligent solutions. • Risk analysts combining human expertise with AI to navigate complexities. • Designers collaborating with AI to push creative boundaries.
