Smart Age Solutions é uma agência de Marketing Digital localizada em Nova York e com uma filial no Rio de Janeiro.Estamos à procura de novos talentos que queiram construir uma carreira em uma empresa Americana com um coração brasileiroOur team of industry experts helps businesses succeed in an increasingly digital world by using practices and platforms that deliver results today while planning for whats coming tomorrow.Smart Age is a company where everyone has a chance to grow and a friendly environment where others help you reach your goals and achieve success.Based on the description below, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our superstar team**Responsibilities**:- Strengthening the partnership between client and company.- Own relationship with customers: Onboarding, user adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, managing risk- Growth relationship (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs for growth.- Assure customer success on an ongoing basis- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and help expand the continued value of our product and services.- Work with customers to establish critical goals and aid them in achieving them to provide ultimate value.- Work within a team to build a world-class Customer Success unit.**You must have**:- 2+ years of Account Management or sales experience;- Fluent English is a MUST;- Proven experience in account management, customer success management, or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention;- Organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently;- Service-minded and have an excellent strategic capability in balancing commercialoutcomes and customer needs;- A proactive problem-solver by nature and a positive mindset;- Higher Education Degree;- Proven experience in E-commerce;- Experience with the digital landscape;- Proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time;- Strong usage of time-management skills;- Excellent communication skills;- Demonstrate ability to overcome obstacles and be proactive in finding creative solutions;- Excellent relationship-building skills;- Excellent analytical skills;- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts.**What are your opportunities?**- Join a successful international company with endless potential.- Get a chance to grow - both personally and professionally.- Become part of an inspiring and collaborative working environment.Check out all our open roles at Smart Age SolutionsWere excited to meet you
